Bear Park Mairangi Bay is at 18 Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0754. Mairangi Bay School is a 4 minute drive, Constellation Drive shops are a 5 minute drive, and Mairangi Bay Beach is a 6 minute drive. A practical choice for families on the upper North Shore. Open Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.30pm. Nearby suburbs: Browns Bay, Pinehill, Forrest Hill, Torbay, Hillcrest.
Bear Park Mairangi Bay puts more teachers around each child, and that's a deliberate choice. It means better relationships, more responsive teaching, and environments where tamariki feel genuinely settled and secure. Our teacher-to-child ratios exceed what licensing requires, particularly in our infant and toddler rooms.
Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand registration is a requirement for all qualified kaiako at Bear Park Mairangi Bay. At least 80% of our teaching team hold an ECE or Primary teaching qualification at NZQA Level 7 or above. Our Centre Director is a qualified, registered ECE teacher with substantial sector experience, and every member of our team is supported by our Curriculum and Operations leadership group.
Tamariki from 3 months to 5 years are welcome at Bear Park Mairangi Bay. We offer continuity of care so children don't need to move settings as they grow.
Current fee schedules can be requested from the Centre Director.
Bear Park early learning centres offer the New Zealand Government's 20 Hours ECE subsidy. The scheme allows Bear Park to subsidise fees for up to 20 hours of early childhood education per week for children aged three to five.
