2.1 We collect personal information only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. The types of personal information collected may include, but are not limited to, name, contact details, and any other information required for specific requests or enquiries.
2.2 The information collected is intended to be consistent with applicable privacy laws in New Zealand.
2.3 Booking a tour. When you ask to book a tour we collect your name, your email, a mobile if you would like a call, your child's age, the centres you chose and, if you tell us, how you heard about us. We also note the page you booked from and, where your browser tells us, the search or advert that brought you to our site. We use all of this to arrange the tour and to understand how families find us, and for nothing else. Each centre you chose receives your request, and you receive a confirmation.
2.4 A sent request is kept for 12 months from the day we receive it, then deleted.
2.5 Two services process this information on our behalf: Sanity holds the booking log, and Resend sends the emails. Both operate under privacy protections comparable to New Zealand's. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email bookings@bearpark.co.nz, ask at any centre, or use our contact page. We answer within 20 working days, as the Privacy Act requires.

3.1 Personal information submitted to our website is used for the purpose for which it is submitted or for related secondary purposes, as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection.
