Qualified ECE Teacher (flexible work options)
We have 10 centres across Auckland, with current vacancies in Remuera, Epsom, Kohimarama and Herne Bay. Across these 4 centres we have a range of full-time and part-time roles across all age groups. Part-time options include school hours, 4 days, and a 3-day role for 20 hours per week.
We value our teachers, maintaining excellent teacher:child ratios and providing invaluable opportunities for both personal and professional development. We have a dedicated pedagogical team who support and mentor our teachers to help you reach your full potential.
We provide 3 hours of team planning time every week, to allow our teaching teams to reflect, plan and support each other. This is done during work hours, to allow your personal time to remain your own.
We are committed to providing inspirational professional development, including paid in-service sessions held every 2 months, where all of Bear Park comes together to connect and enrich our practice. We also offer external workshops and conferences, and invitations to a one-week study tour held in Reggio Emilia in Italy.
